Collection contains letters to Redpath from lecturers whose speaking engagements he booked through the Redpath Lyceum Bureau. A letterpress book is included which contains copies of letters relating to the activities of the Bureau. Some letters concern the attempt to encourage free African-Americans to emigrate to Haiti; appointment of local agents; and personal appeals from Redpath to abolotionist friends.
